Open Classes
I host open classes several times a month. I select the menu, date and time. Eight spaces are available per class and individuals may sign up on a first come basis. Cost $65 per chef!
Time to pull out the grill and light it up! I will be teaching a few of our BBQ menus in June and a couple of summer menus that don’t require a grill as well. More BBQ menus will be taught in July and August so don’t fret if you don’t get in the first round…

Private Classes (click here for details) – Want to host a private party for friends or co-workers? Private parties are available upon request. You choose the date, menu and guest list and we take care of the rest.
